Non-profits need insurance too. In order to ensure that the mission of a non-profit is not interrupted by expensive liability claims, even non-profits must factor in securing liability and other insurance policies. In addition to regular liability insurance, non-profits that have special events should consider insurance for things like fundraisers or sporting events hosted by the organization.
